Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use openin.app. By creating a link or an account, you agree to them.
The service
openin.app creates short links that open supported destinations (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) in their native apps where possible. Links are free to create; a paid Pro plan adds custom slugs and detailed analytics.
Your links and content
You keep all rights to the content your links point to. You give us permission to store the destination URL and redirect people who click your link. You're responsible for what your links point to.
Acceptable use
Don't use openin.app to link to anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including malware, phishing, scams, or content you don't have the right to share. Don't abuse the service technically (scraping, artificial click traffic, attempting to bypass plan limits). We may disable links or accounts that break these rules, and we're the judge of what crosses the line.
Pro subscriptions
Pro costs $4.99/month or $39/year, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your account menu; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and doesn't renew after that. Your links keep redirecting even if you cancel. Prices may change for future billing periods; we'll tell you first.
Availability
We work to keep links redirecting reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Deep-linking behavior ultimately depends on third-party apps and platforms we don't control, and they change things without telling us.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, openin.app isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
